We're currently recruiting for two positions at Chew Valley Trees: an office-based horticultural advisor/sales assistant and an outdoor nursery worker/delivery driver.

Office-Based Horticultural Advisor / Sales Assistant

This role involves advising customers and supporting day-to-day sales and office tasks.

Main duties:

Advising customers on tree selection
Responding to enquiries by phone and email
Processing orders
Supporting sales and customer service
General office administration

Requirements:

Horticultural knowledge or experience
Good communication skills
Organised and comfortable with office systems
Customer-focused approach

Outdoor Tree Nursery Worker & Delivery Driver

This is a practical, hands-on role working outdoors on our tree nursery and delivering trees to customers.

Main duties:

Working outdoors maintaining tree stock
Preparing customer orders
Loading and unloading trees
Delivering trees to customers
General nursery work as required

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Good level of physical fitness
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Interest in horticulture helpful but not essential
