Small tree mainly grown for the large leaves which provide perhaps the best autumn colour of all the Rowans. It also features large bunches of red berries in Autumn, big, deep-red sticky buds in winter and clusters of white flowers in Spring. Rowans provide dappled shade and have an 'open-branched' appearance. Requires well-drained soil and best in full sun, though tolerates partial shade.
