Our delivery charge is worked out at 10% of the cost of the plants, with a minimum charge of £12.77 + VAT.  

However there is an additional one off supplement of £8.51 + VAT that applies to all orders containing large or heavy items.  This generally includes items exceeding 2.5m in length when wrapped or plants in 30L pots.  The supplement will not apply to any plants listed under Broadleaved Tree and Shrub Whips but it will enable us to send you larger specimens amongst those listed in the other plant categories.  The cost of delivery and that of any surcharge will be shown automatically in your shopping basket.

We will ask you to indicate if you are willing for the plants to be left if no one is going to be in to sign for them.  In some circumstances you will need to leave a dated, signed note on your door saying that you are willing for the plants to be left.

We aim to despatch your plants within two weeks of your order.  We will contact you by email (unless we have agreed to contact you by a different method) 2 days prior to delivery to inform you of the delivery date  but we are unable to specify a precise time.  Delivery will take place between a Tuesday and Friday between 8am and 5pm.  If you have said that the delivery can not be left someone must be available to sign for it when it arrives.

As indicated in the product listings we are not able to offer our entire range via online ordering and payment due to restrictions with national delivery companies.  If you want to order any of these items you would need to contact us to get a quote for delivery.

Within a 50 mile radius of Bristol
As well as the above option we have a friendly local courier who can deliver within a 10 mile radius at a cost of £20.44 + VAT plus £1+ VAT per mile on top of that as distance increases. The benefit of this option is that there is more flexibility with time and day of delivery and he is also able to deliver the entire range of plants we list. You will need to contact us separately to organise this. However payment must still be made prior to delivery.
