Sorbus - Rowan / Whitebeam
A large genus ranging from dwarf shrubs to large trees which are generally very hardy. They are generally grown for ornamental foliage, which often have good autumn colours and large bunches of berries.
There are three native species, Sorbus aria, Whitbeam, Sorbus aucuparia, Rowan and Sorbus torminalis, Wild Service Tree
