About

This year we are proud to be celebrating 25 years of Chew Valley Trees! We opened back in 1986 with a small selection of native broadleaved seedlings and transplants. Since then not only has the range and size of native and ornamental trees and hedging we supply increased tremendously but we also offer a choice selection of fruit trees and conifers.

In more recent years Simon Scarth has joined his parents, David and Julia, in the running of the business which continues to grow and adapt.

Over the years our plants have featured at major national venues such as the Chelsea Flower Show, Hampton Court Palace and the BBC Show Garden at BBC Gardeners World Live.

We have many years experience in all forms of horticulture and are more than happy to help with any questions you may have.

Landscaping and planting

Since 1987 we have provided a landscaping service. The range of schemes we undertake extends from a single tree in your garden to woodland establishment and extensive commercial contracts on development sites. We have a wealth of experience and are always happy to advise and quote for your requirements.
